皆さん世界最大のアパレルメーカーはどこの国の会社かご存じでしょうか？世界最大のアパレルメーカーZARAはスペイン本社の会社です。
スペインのガルシア地方のア・コルーニャという町でZARA一号店ができたのは1975年ですから今から５０年も前のことです。
日本への上陸は1997年で1998年に渋谷にZARA一号店がオープンしました。いまでは日本全国になんと67店舗もあります。
この写真はZARAのカタルーニャ広場店の入り口です。
店内はこんな感じです。自動レジも普通のレジもあり、日本のユニクロとそっくりです。

The world’s largest fashion retailer, ZARA, is actually based in Spain.
The very first ZARA store opened in 1975 in the town of A Coruña, in the Galicia region of Spain — nearly 50 years ago.
ZARA entered the Japanese market in 1997, opening its first store in Shibuya in 1998. Today, there are an impressive 67 stores across Japan.
This photo shows the entrance of ZARA’s store at Plaça de Catalunya.
Here’s what it looks like inside — there are both self-checkout counters and regular cashiers, making it feel very similar to Japan’s UNIQLO stores.
